Each of our products is carefully packed before being shipped to the customer. Shipping costs within Poland are PLN 200 net for free-standing bathtubs and from PLN 20 to PLN 100 net for washbasins.

Custom-made or personalized products require production time and individual adjustment, so the waiting time for them may be up to 5 weeks. However, in the case of standard products that do not require personalization, the waiting time for shipment is usually up to 7 business days.
Detailed delivery information, such as shipping dates and estimated delivery date, will be included in your order confirmation email. We want to provide you with the most accurate delivery information possible, so you can track your purchase and be ready to receive it.
