This past weekend, from April 25th to 27th, 2025, on Wrocław's Bulwary Książęce (Prince's Boulevards), will long be remembered by all who visited this unique place, even for a moment. From Friday to Sunday, it was a vibrant celebration for lovers of beautiful interiors, good design, and culinary adventures – the BULVARY Design & Food Festival.
Wrocław - a city that lives for design
From the very first hours, it was clear that Wrocław had become the capital of Polish design for these days. The modern boulevards along the Oder River transformed into an open space for dialogue – creative, inspiring, and sometimes surprising. Participants had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a world of artistic exhibitions, innovative solutions, and applied art. At every turn, we were joined by conversations about trends, the need for individualism, the return to craftsmanship, and original ideas.
A substantive stage and workshops full of inspiration
The program included both serious debates and practical workshops. The event stage was vibrant with the energy of lectures and panels led by leading designers, architects, lecturers, and journalists. It was here that questions about the future of design, responsibility, authenticity, and the role of color and detail in everyday interiors were raised. We listened to engaging conversations with experts – each one was thought-provoking, inspiring, and motivating to create without compromise.
Creative workshops for both adults and children were held simultaneously. Participants could try their hand at ceramics, drawing, or designing simple functional forms. This was living proof that design isn't just for viewing – it's about experiencing, co-creating, and often having fun.
Flavors that connect people - GastroMiasto
The Food Festival attracted the aromas of cuisines from around the world. The boulevards transformed into a vast expo of flavors, curated by GastroMiasto – from modern food trucks to artisan bakeries and atmospheric cafés. Everyone could find something to their liking: vegan cuisine, traditional Polish dishes with a modern twist, coffees, natural juices, and sweets. Long, spontaneous conversations at outdoor tables complemented the festival atmosphere.
Design that connects - BlueDot collection
For us, RAVON Manufactura, the opportunity to participate in this event was a tremendous honor. It was here, among distinguished Polish brands and designers, that we were able to present for the first time in Wrocław the new BlueDot bathroom line, created in collaboration with Manufaktura Bolesławiec. For us, BlueDot is not just a collection of composite bathtubs and sinks – it's a manifestation of collaboration, combining craftsmanship with modernity, Polish tradition with a new perspective on function. The iconic Bolesławiec stamp, interpreted on modern bathroom forms (presented in the Serenity and PolkaDot collections), has become a foundation for dialogue between generations and technologies, craftsmanship and modernity.
A special moment was the main stage interview, hosted by Radio RAM, with Magdalena Gazur, designer of the Blue Dot collection, and Katarzyna Świętek, brand manager of the RAVON brand. The conversation revealed the behind-the-scenes story of the line's creation, sharing stories about work, passion, and the courage to embrace new, bold solutions. This event attracted many guests, who eagerly shared their impressions and observations with us after the interview.
Our exhibition was a meeting place for inspiring and spontaneous conversations. We heard a lot of positive things about BlueDot, and we had the opportunity to meet industry insiders, architects, designers, media representatives, and—equally important to us—visitors who eagerly observed the interpretation of the famous Bolesławiec dot on our products.
