Why Ravon?

We observe the present and look to the future to bring joy and increase the level of comfort of life for all of us. In accordance with the principles of the interwar Bauhaus school, we want our products to be not only beautiful, but also useful, so that their use is simple and does not require special care. Therefore, we invest not only in new forms of bathtubs and sinks, but above all in new materials that are durable and easy to clean, and also allow for the production of the most subtle shapes.

In order to meet the requirements of broadly understood design, Ravona's know-how is constantly expanded and built through testing new production technologies, materials, employee training, and industry fairs in which we participate in Europe and around the world.

We follow new technical knowledge in the field of manufacturing sanitary products and modern trends in the world of design, while listening to the needs of customers who expect from a utility product not only good quality and aesthetics, but also functionality. The synergy of these factors ensures the recognition of our customers and inspires trust in RAVON brand products.

Latest Design

Our goal is to create new trends through observation of everyday life, which is an inspiration to create new forms. QualTec / Marmonite / PureStone

The best materials developed in the RAVON factory

Qualtec material

An ultra-modern, non-yellowing composite of the highest quality, made on the basis of polyester resins, reinforced with chemical-resistant glass fiber, finished with a noble polymer layer with increased scratch resistance. It is available in any color from the RAL palette. QualTec composite is an excellent choice for people who value the highest quality. This material is very pleasant to the touch, has a perfectly smooth surface, is warm to the touch and maintains the water temperature perfectly. Its homogeneous structure makes it extremely easy to keep clean and does not require special cleaning agents. It has a high chemical resistance factor and very high mechanical strength. There are virtually no limitations in shaping and forming this material, which always maintains the highest strength parameters.

Marmonite material

Marmonit is a derivative of popularly called materials such as artificial marble, dolomite, conglomerate. Marmonit is a composite created by the Ravon factory for the purpose of creating simple, clearly outlined, thin walls or angular, more cubist forms. Marmonit is a plastic material with a non-uniform structure composed of two components. On the one hand, polyester resins provide the sanitary product with cohesion, durability and flexibility as well as resistance to mechanical damage, and on the other hand, the structural component creates a self-supporting, compact structure, guaranteeing the structural strength of the final product.

PureStone material

PureStone, a mineral-polyester material (Solid Surface type material), very durable and plastic, resistant to various unfavorable and difficult conditions, works great in public places, public bathrooms, laboratory rooms, where traffic intensity and use is very high. PureStone composite is extremely hard and at the same time very smooth, pleasant to the touch. Like marmonite, it is characterized by high tolerance for forming unusual shapes. The Ravon brand produces PureStone products in matt and gloss versions.

7 reasons why it is worth choosing products from the RAVON manufacture

Highest quality

Ravon products are hand-made from very good quality semi-finished products. Precise, hand-made production results in a solid, multi-layered and self-supporting structure. Its external part is additionally reinforced with a scratch- and dulling-resistant layer of polymer gel, which is at the same time "alabaster" smooth, "warm" and pleasant to the touch.

Value for money

Considering the handmade workmanship and the quality of the materials used, the price of the bathtub is relatively low: on average, they cost around PLN 6,000 in a white finish. Bathtubs made of similar composite materials, e.g. Italian brands, cost on average from PLN 25,000 to even PLN 100,000!

Durable and damage-resistant material

If polymer composites were not so good, durable and strong, yachts and airplanes would not be made of them. Our bathtubs are therefore resistant to difficult conditions, and even more so to the "bathing space environment"

Easy to care for and regenerate

To clean the surface of the bathtub, you can use anything that is used in the bathroom, e.g. vinegar-based agents, except for caustic and abrasive substances. Light dulling or scratches can be polished with abrasive-polishing agents used, for example, for car paint repairs, while maintaining an analogous technological regime. A great advantage of our bathtubs is therefore the possibility of their relatively simple and inexpensive regeneration.

We are not afraid of chemistry

In addition to significant mechanical resistance, the top layer is highly resistant to many chemicals (acetone, various types of varnishes) and high temperatures (up to 90°C).

Non-yellowing surfaces

Contrary to popular opinion, our multilayer composites are resistant to yellowing. Currently used sanitary polymers are definitely qualitatively different from their predecessors. Chemical companies - suppliers of the semi-finished product - have managed to significantly reduce the probability of discoloration, yellowing or cracking of the outer layers of bathtubs, which quite often occurred in models of previous generations.

Balneotherapy possible in a Qualtec bathtub

It is worth emphasizing that the latest types of polymer gels, which cover our bathtubs, are characterized by high chemical and mechanical resistance. They enable practically unlimited use of brine, carbonic acid, oxygen, foam and aromatic baths with plant additives. These features mean that in large sanatorium and hydrotherapy centers (where therapeutic baths can be used by several dozen people per day), bathtubs made using this technology constitute the vast majority of bathtubs used for balneotherapy.
